    Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for a Portfolio Management Analyst to join our team in Greenwich, CT. 

    Responsibilities

    The Portfolio Management Analyst will be responsible for surveilling and analyzing the various residential mortgage strategies the team manages for institutional investors.  

     

     

    • Assistance in creating/preparing business materials used for asset-level transactions, marketing, and strategic analysis.
    • Maintain monthly reports and databases to track performance across multiple portfolios.
    • Support the monthly securitization process of loans into government mortgage backed securities.
    • Work with counterparties on various financing arrangements including warehouse lines, repo lines, and bond issuance.
    • Analyze and monitor economic and industry trends.
    • Interaction with the firm’s senior management team.
    • Perform ad hoc projects and analyses as required.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field.
    • Experience in the mortgage industry a plus.
    • Strong communication, quantitative and analytical skills.
    • Excel proficiency (Pivot tables, V&H Lookup, VBA).
    • SQL Server database experience a plus.
