The Business Development Manager, Retail will be is responsible for developing and maintaining mortgage loan referrals for various loan products from external sources in assigned geographic area. Develops new business and growth opportunities and identifies potential referral sources. Calls on potential or existing clients as assigned to develop new business or retain existing business. Acts as liaison between clients and assigned Sales Center(s) to facilitate loan closings. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.
