    The Assistant Marketing Manager will be responsible for development, implementation and optimization of marketing campaigns to support the company’s brand and business development goals. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.



    • Develop and implement marketing campaigns, consistent with company resources, to achieve business goals.
    • Support development and execution of strategic marketing plans consistent with business plans that support holistic company marketing strategy.
    • Collaborates with internal teams to align marketing communications and leverage the best channels to reach our various target audiences.
    • Work on various marketing projects with multiple vendors, contractors, teams and multiple business units.
    • Communicates marketing projects thoroughly and successfully to team members, internal clients, and vendors through written and oral communication anticipating concerns and appropriately sourcing support where needed to complete projects on-time.
    • Acts as marketing liaison to Senior Executives and key Managers within the company to provide marketing support and communicating the status of various marketing projects.
    • Coordinates production of marketing projects with outside vendors and contractors as well as oversee development of new marketing materials, assists in managing Company Store for Associates.
    • Coordinating logistics and promotion of Trade Events nationwide, including Contests, Webinars, and creating/maintaining marketing presentations and other Administrative duties as assigned.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.



    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience.
    • Three (3) to (5) years’ of marketing experience in a corporate setting.
    • Corporate marketing and communications experience supporting multiple lines of business preferred.
    • Experience implementing marketing plans that leverage digital media outlets.
    • Experience in a mortgage or financial services organization preferred.



    • Highly organized, detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast paced corporate marketing environment supporting various business channels.
    • Excellent communication skills and be comfortable formulating ideas, presenting and communicating recommendations on an ongoing basis and able to adapt to last minute changing project requirements.
    • Ability to be versatile and flexible with the willingness to take on new responsibilities and tasks as requested.
    • Ability to maintain poise and grace under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Self-motivated, proactive marketing professional capable of working independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
    • Preferred but not required; Photoshop and/or Adobe suite, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat X Pro, Content Management Systems, Customer Relationship Systems, Brand Monitoring Services, CRM familiarly.
    • Excellent analytical skills to review data and pick up on trends and patterns.
    • Ability to think critically and analyze content, situations, or statements.
    • Ability to organize and manage projects in order to lead teams and accomplish objectives.
    • Ability to utilize a holistic approach to integrated, interconnected systems and organizations, and identify the dependencies between all parts of the marketing plan.
    • Ability to compose materials such as detailed reports, work-related manuals, publications of grand scope or impact, etc., and/or to make presentations outside the immediate work area.
    • Ability to organize and prioritize own work schedule and that of their teams on short-term and long-term basis.
    • Ability to understand opposing points of view on highly complex issues and to negotiate and integrate different viewpoints.
