    Responsibilities

    As a result of our continuing growth and success, we are seeking a Home Specialist/Business Development Representative to join our Connects team Aliso Viejo, CA. Carrington Connects is actively disrupting the lending and real estate industry with its unique digital platform!

     

    The Home Specialist will play a key role as a single point of contact for our customers and support our customers throughout the process of buying their home. You will partner with loan officers and real estate agents to reach your sales goals!

     

    You will act as an advocate for both potential clients and Carrington, advising clients on products and services that meet their needs. Proactively maintains a trustworthy relationship with clients while maintaining a focus on driving conversion rates, creating cross-selling opportunities, and increasing revenue; ultimately developing a lifelong client base for The Carrington Companies.

     

    What you’ll do:

    • Collaborate with business partners to provide an unparalleled customer service experience to clients throughout the purchase, sale, and ongoing ownership of a client’s home.
    • Maximize business via inquiries from CarringtonConnects.com, multi-channel marketing campaigns, live web chats, and other lead sources through direct outreach to the prospects.
    • Manage a high volume pipeline while simplifying and accelerating the home buying process through devising personalized solutions to achieve a successful transaction.
    • Proactively identify challenges associated with a transaction, communicate actionable solutions to the client, and work with all parties involved to a resolution.
    • Introduce a wide network of industry experts at appropriate points of the homeownership journey, connecting clients with the right people at the right time. Locate and Recruit Real Estate Agents to expand HomeiQ+ coverage.

    Qualifications

    What you'll need:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
    • 1 to 3 years’ experience in the mortgage and/or real estate industry; call center with selling emphasis may be substituted for industry experience.
    • Demonstrated ability to guide clients through a complex process required.
    • Spanish bilingual skills a plus.
    • Licensed in Mortgage and Real Estate, such as NMLS loan officer/Real Estate agent, is a plus.
