    The Kitchen and Bath Designer is responsible for the design of prospective clients’ kitchen and bathroom layout as well as showroom management and development of new business and expanding business with existing clients.  Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers. Perform all duties in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.



    • Meet with customers to provide an overview of the company and its services.

    • Assess the customer’s needs and recommend products and services utilizing samples or marketing material.

    • Draw kitchen and bath designs including floor plans and renderings for prospective clients.

    • Participate in marketing events; to include, but not limited to home shows, trade shows, community events, etc.

    • Maintain quality service by following organization standards.

    • Attend weekly sales meetings.

    • Identify, research and solicit new clients for the benefit of the Company.

    • Manage and oversee client relationships by acting as the primary liaison from inception and throughout the ongoing partnership.

    • Perform other duties as assigned.



    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent directly related work experience.

    • One plus years of experience in designing kitchens and bathrooms in residential homes.

    • Current and valid California Driver’s License with appropriate auto insurance coverage.



    • Thorough knowledge of standard concepts, practices, procedures and building codes within the construction industry

    • Experience in AutoCAD, 20/20 or similar drawing software.

    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite—Word, Excel, etc.

    • Ability to understand, remember, communicate routine, factual information and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information.

    • Ability to understand opposing points of view on highly complex issues and to negotiate and integrate different viewpoints.

    • Ability to interact with Senior Management as an advisor on projects, and to act as the Company’s principal spokesperson in area of expertise.

    • Ability to apply common sense in performing job.

    • Ability to make decisions that have significant impact on the department’s credibility, operations, and services.

    • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide and to record, balance, and check results for accuracy.

    • Ability to organize and prioritize own work schedule.

    • Ability to compose letters, outlines, memoranda, and basic reports and to orally communicate technical information.

    • Ability to make informal and formal presentations, inside and/or outside the organization; speaking before groups.
