    Responsibilities

    The Customer Research Representative provides accurate customer service and ensures the client's questions and concerns are fully addressed. Performs all duties in accordance with all company guidelines and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
     

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    •  Processes, assigns, researches and closes all Loan Servicing Website (LSW) tickets (inquiries). Distributes all LSW tickets to other Research Department representatives.
    • Opens, assigns, and assists with processing subordination requests from third parties or customer requests. 
    • Researches and processes written complaints and concerns regarding customer service, collection issues, escrow, credit disputes, subordinations, and website issues.
    • Researches and processes Automated Credit Disputes (ACDVs) via the website E-Oscar. Researches borrower's account to ensure that credit history is being reported accurately to the major credit bureaus.
    • Maintains consistent attendance to ensure fulfillment of essential duties and responsibilities.
    • Other Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Answers incoming phone calls when call volume is high.

     

     

     


     

    Qualifications

     

    Position Requirements (Education and/or Experience and Skills):

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Two to Three year’s industry related experience required, including mortgage banking and loan servicing.
