    The Bankruptcy Supervisor is responsible for supervising one or more of the bankruptcy processes within the Bankruptcy Department. Responsible for the overall employee performance of assigned team as well as the quality and efficiency of the assigned processes.


    What you’ll do:


    • Ensure staff receive proper training to perform the job functions assigned to them
    • Track and measure individual performance within the team, and provide feedback to employees to monitor and gauge performance.
    • Handle escalated bankruptcy matters and work with attorney firms on litigated matters that require resolution.
    • Conduct regular team meetings and huddles to maintain communication across the bankruptcy department.
    • Identify process gaps within the bankruptcy processes and identify and implement solutions.
    • Function as the subject matter expert on investor and regulatory requirement

    What you’ll need:

    • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
    • Five plus years’ experience in a bankruptcy role in the banking, finance or mortgage industry.
    • Three or more years in a lead or supervisory role in bankruptcy.
