Carrington has built the infrastructure necessary to maximize value during any market cycle. We are currently hiring Loan Administration Specialist for our office in Westfield, IN.

    Provide ongoing support for all Loan Administration departments. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.




    • Verify accuracy and completeness of data, comparing between various systems, and identify discrepancies
    • Review loan origination documents and recalculate ratios to ensure original loan-to-value (LTV) and debt-to-income (DTI) ratios were calculated correctly, correct any identified errors
    • Complete monthly GNMA audit reports as received.
    • Update vesting information on a daily basis or as needed. This includes internal lists as well as communication with FiServ to update on their side. 
    • Complete monthly VA Guaranty report as received.
    • Run multiple scripts as needed, including but not limited to the endorsement date script.
    • Coordinate and complete audits for the Loan Administration groups on a monthly basis or as received.
    • Review and complete the monthly unapplied report as received.
    • Review and complete the monthly low balance report as received.
    • Create all new job aids/ procedures in the correct format for all Loan Administration related functions.
    • Participate in all training for both new staff, and new procedures as they are released.
    • May back up the Specialist, Service Release & Acquisition role.


    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Some college preferred.
    • One (1) to two (2) years’ mortgage experience required.
