Direct and oversee Mortgage Lending’s marketing policies, objectives, and initiatives. Direct and oversee all aspects of product life cycle management. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for managing the strategic product roadmap, product development, product launch, and product marketing in order to gain maximum benefit from each product..
- Plan and oversee execution of online marketing activities including websites, landing pages, microsites and email.
- Plan and oversee marketing calendars related to email marketing, content management for online properties.
- Plan and oversee marketing channel reporting.
- Create, conceptualize and design campaigns/materials and projects.
- Research market demands, technology trends, and the competitive field.
- Review changes to the marketplace and industry and adjust marketing plans accordingly.
- Establish and maintain consistent corporate image/brand in all medium.
- Create a positive customer service environment and its systems.
- Write and edit all marketing materials, briefs and content.
- Manage and report on budgets to specific media.
- Negotiate contract terms with outside agencies and suppliers.
