    Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for a Capital Markets Analyst to join our team in Greenwich, CT. 


    The Capital Markets Analyst will be responsible for surveilling and analyzing the mortgage origination pipeline as it relates to the capital markets trading function to identify trends and make recommendations on current or future trading strategies. Perform all duties in compliance with all governing state, federal, company and investor guidelines and regulations.


    • Monitoring of the firm’s multi-billion dollar mortgage origination and hedging operations.
    • Monitor the mortgage origination pipeline and analytics.
    • Support the daily agency Mortgage Backed Securities (MBS) trading.
    • Responsible for trade reconciliation, allocations/settlements and exposure tracking.
    • Prepare  daily profit/loss reporting and  in-depth analysis of trade position.
    • Interaction with the firm’s senior management team.
    • Provide support to capital markets and prepare presentations for all marketing pitches and provide required materials.
    • Provide support to all research studies and prepare information brochures and required materials for all prospective investors.
    • Maintain databases and analyze all market intelligence programs. Accessing databases and drill downs.
    • Prepare various capital market reports on a weekly, monthly and ad hoc basis.
    • Assist various departments in all capital projects for capital markets.
    • Administer and prepare cash flow models for financial structures.
    • Perform ad hoc projects and analyses as required



    • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field
    • Experience in the mortgage industry a plus
    • Strong communication, quantitative and analytical skills
    • Excel proficiency (Pivot tables, V&H Lookup, VBA)
    • SQL Server database experience a plus
