    The Foreclosure Coordinator is responsible for monitoring activities of foreclosure relative to the accurate and timely handling of residential mortgage loans in foreclosure in accordance with applicable state foreclosure requirements.


    What you’ll do:

    • Maintains, reviews, follows-up and ensures the timely and accurate completion of all regular scheduled steps including outstanding events in the foreclosure tracking templates on a daily basis.
    • Inputs the completion date on the date the action occurs.
    • Perform scanning and imaging tasks.
    • Utilizes all department reports to manage pipeline.
    • Completes and ensures all attorney requests for additional information or documentation are provided within 48 hours of the request.
    • Transfers files for conveyance/claim filing and/or to REO within 24 hours after the foreclosure sale or completion of the Ratification, Confirmation or Redemption
    • Documents all servicing, action taken, delays, follow-up, and phone conversations in the system notes.
    • Process incoming and outgoing mail requests.

    What you’ll need:

    • High school diploma or equivalent work experience; some college preferred
    • Previous paralegal experience preferred
