    As a result of our continuing growth and success, Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a QA Document Coordinator for our office in Westfield, IN!

    Responsibilities

    The QA Document Coordinator will be responsible for pulling documents from various Loan Servicing systems to address requests from Customers (internal and external), Federal, State and Local auditing agencies including FHA, VA, and USDA.  Also responsible for performing a first level review of documents for accuracy and completeness and identifying opportunities for improvement.  Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.

     

    • Locate and identify appropriate documents in multiple data sources as required for each project assignment.
    • Apply proven problem-solving skills to help validate loan servicing documents through careful testing to ensure timeliness and accuracy of document provisioning.
    • Ensure that documents are saved in a specific manner as required by the company or agency.
    • Assist Loan Servicing QA analyst with any areas needed to ensure department meets its timelines.
    • Source and compile/organize loan servicing documents into complete “staging folders”.
    • Review completed servicing files and extract documents needed for various audit requests.
    • Utilize Loan Servicing technology (such as Fiserv and Nautilus) to obtain information.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent job experience preferred.
    • 1-2 years’ experience in the mortgage industry preferred
