Due to our growth, we are hiring a Training & Development Manager to support our mortgage servicing team. This role can be located in our Plano, TX or Westfield, IN office.
The Training & Development Manager will work directly with the business and department leaders to plan, create, and execute effective training and development programs within Carrington's Loan Servicing division. This is a working manager role, so you will design, develop and deliver both e-Learning and instructor-led courses.
