    The Escrow Analysis Specialist will be responsible for all escrow analysis in accordance with RESPA (Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act) for all escrow loans and non-escrow loans with negative escrow advances.  Perform all duties in accordance with all company guidelines and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.


    What you'll do:

    • Perform monthly escrow analysis according to State Analysis Schedule established within the CMS Escrow department.
    • Review all loans during trial analysis with a shortage/overage of $1,000.00.
    • Research what caused shortage/overage and opens research items for tax/insurance vendors.
    • Block loans that will not be analyzed due to pending research and monitors completion of research by performing manual analysis.
    • Review all non-escrow loans with negative escrow advance in order to ensure that proper collection is taking place to recapture the negative escrow advance.
    • Research all escrow analysis questions from the CMS Customer Service call center, tasks and escrow inbox.
    • Review and changes accounts from escrow to non-escrow and from non-escrow to escrow at the written request of the borrower.
    • Maintain consistent attendance to ensure fulfillment of essential duties and responsibilities.


    What you'll need:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • One (1) to three (3) years’ escrow and mortgage experience preferred.
