What you’ll do:
Our Portfolio Loan Officer is responsible for advising customers regarding their options for obtaining a new mortgage or refinancing an existing mortgage.
This position will take inbound “warm" call transfers, from our Portfolio- but will also be responsible for making outbound calls.
Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.
Prospect for new business by maintaining scheduled branch hours to accept inbound call transfers from Customer Contact Specialists, mail solicitation campaigns, and inbound inquiry customer calls.
Ensure accurate and specific disposition of call transfer leads. Make outbound calls to leads in existing portfolio.
